As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience. Key aspects of the role include staff management, inventory control, financial oversight, and ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations. We seek a proactive, hands-on manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, service standards, and guest relations.
- Lead, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of service and kitchen staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address any guest feedback or complaints promptly.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to control costs and maintain quality.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to refine menu offerings and introduce seasonal specials.
- Plan and execute promotional events to boost customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with Korean cuisine or Asian dining is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications.
