Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor store employees to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and waste reduction to maintain optimal profitability.
  • Uphold strict food quality, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with HACCP and company guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed branch revenue targets.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in the fast-food or casual dining industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
