Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation in accordance with company recipes and quality guidelines.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both the kitchen and service areas to comply with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving supplies and stock rotation.
- Support front-of-house operations by managing seating, order taking, and payment processing.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with a professional and helpful attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or fast-casual dining environment is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability regarding attendance and punctuality.
