Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained
- Train, coach, and develop team members on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or retail management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant sanitation practices
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
