Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in food preparation and plating in the Back of House.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a tidy cashier station.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (College degree is an advantage).
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in English (basic conversational skills).
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light objects.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
