Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service to all guests.
- Accurately take orders and manage POS/cashiering duties efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Assist in opening or closing procedures as required by the shift supervisor.
- Ensure menu items are prepared and served according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or retail environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment during peak hours.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
