Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily floor operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Act as a mentor to front-of-house staff, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and grace.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and timing.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor and drive sales targets through upselling and exceptional service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, premium, or fine-dining environment.
- Deep passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of international cuisines.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail service is highly advantageous.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
