Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless dining experiences for all guests.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns with a positive, customer-first approach.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the restaurant premises.
- Assist management in rostering, staff scheduling, and performance appraisals.
- Drive sales initiatives and upselling techniques to achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or F&B supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Sound understanding of POS systems and basic restaurant administrative tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous service improvement and guest satisfaction.
- Relevant certification in F&B operations or hospitality management is an added advantage.
