As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be the bridge between the front-of-house team and management, ensuring seamless daily operations. You will lead by example, inspiring the team to provide attentive and personalized service to every guest. Your responsibilities will encompass supervising staff, monitoring service flow, handling guest concerns, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will also assist in training new hires, managing inventory, and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance productivity and guest loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist management in scheduling, inventory control, and supply ordering.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor service quality and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Support management in implementing promotional activities and upselling strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP or equivalent).
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
