Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a smooth workflow during all shifts.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure stock availability.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Conduct daily opening and closing checks to ensure the facility is clean and ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
