Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative upsales strategies to increase average check value and overall restaurant revenue
- Create compelling promotional materials and presentations to showcase premium offerings and special menu items
- Train and coach front-of-house staff on effective upsales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Analyze sales data and customer preferences to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to design exclusive dining experiences and promotions
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure our upsales strategies remain competitive
- Track and report on upsales performance metrics, providing regular insights to management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant upsales, marketing, or sales within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting sales data and customer behavior
