Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences that meet the high standards expected by luxury clientele.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock takes.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payment processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients to drive brand loyalty.
- Support store operations, including housekeeping and opening/closing procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is highly preferred.
- Polished professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to converse fluently in English.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Flexible availability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS software.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a passion for the retail industry.
