Responsibilities
- Supervise daily retail operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store
- Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and product display
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer service
- Implement and maintain store policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback for development
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and recruitment as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in retail or supermarket environment is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
