Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service to shoppers at our airport retail outlet.
- Offer expert product knowledge and recommend wellness solutions aligned to customer needs.
- Operate POS and handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain attractive, well-stocked product displays and ensure price tags are up to date.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and compliant with store policies and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily store opening/closing procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high shopper traffic calmly.
- Basic math, cash handling, and POS system experience.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn about wellness products.
