Your main mission is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming every guest with genuine warmth, understanding their needs, and actively promoting our premium products. You will work alongside a dynamic team to drive sales, maintain visual merchandising excellence, and ensure the store remains a destination for shoppers in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, creating a positive first impression of the brand.
- Actively engage with shoppers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable New Era products.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring products are neatly displayed and shelves are fully stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, and replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the store team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Uphold store cleanliness, security, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory – training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Passionate about fashion, streetwear, and lifestyle brands (especially New Era).
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for long hours and work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Senior role requires at least 1–2 years of retail experience and proven sales track record.
