Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with personalized beauty consultations, recommending suitable fragrances and cosmetics based on individual preferences.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales targets by showcasing product features, conducting demonstrations, and promoting loyalty programs.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness standards.
- Process transactions accurately using pointâofâsale systems, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, support stockâtaking activities, and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Participate in brand training sessions and product launches to stay updated on new collections and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and a positive shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and airport security guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in retail, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in retail, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse international clientele.
- Passion for fragrances, skincare, and makeup, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic numeracy proficiency for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by airport operations.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a polished, professional appearance.
