Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising shoppers on products and services
- Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation throughout the day
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for all customers
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts
