Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assess wellness needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Process purchases accurately using the store's POS system; handle payments, returns, and receipts.
- Maintain engaging product displays, adjust signage, and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Stock shelves, perform regular inventory checks, and manage replenishments to avoid stockouts.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe; assist with opening/closing duties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product benefits, ingredients, usage guidance, and contraindications.
- Promote promotions, loyalty programs, and upsell complementary items where appropriate.
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets through outstanding customer service and teamwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in wellness, health products, or related retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, patient, and attentive.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple customers, and stay on your feet for long periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable operating a POS system.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to maintain accurate records and shelf labeling.
- Proficiency in English and Filipino; willingness to learn product knowledge.
- Dependable, team-oriented, punctual, and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
