Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection, offering style advice and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately via POS system and handle cash or card payments.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards by replenishing stock, folding garments, and arranging displays.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock receiving, tagging, and organizing.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store KPIs.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and clothing apparel with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks like lifting and stocking.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory – training provided.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic numeracy and proficiency in using POS or tablet-based sales systems.
