Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and build brand loyalty.
- Actively promote products and share expert product knowledge to drive sales targets.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately, and handle various payment methods.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Perform inventory management duties, including stock replenishment and conducting cycle counts.
- Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Adhere to all store policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Possess a vibrant, professional, and positive personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a desire to exceed sales goals.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
