Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high store standards and professional appearance.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify their connectivity needs and recommend suitable telco plans and digital products.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions, including device activation, plan upgrades, and payment processing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and store merchandising to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Achieve individual and store-wide sales targets consistently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product launches, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to hit sales targets.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital systems and platforms.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work effectively within a dynamic team.
