We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Retail Manager to spearhead the opening and daily operations of our flagship outlet at Parkway Parade.
As the face of Elite Supplements in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand presence. You will be responsible for creating an elite customer experience, building a local community of fitness advocates, and driving sales growth from day one. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing international brand at its inception in a new region.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end launch and daily operations of the Parkway Parade flagship store.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of retail sales associates.
- Drive store revenue through expert product knowledge, cross-selling, and excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and vendor communication.
- Develop and execute in-store marketing initiatives and local promotional events.
- Ensure the store environment meets Elite Supplements' high standards for visual merchandising and cleanliness.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and report store insights to regional management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the health, fitness, or nutrition industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of sports supplements, vitamins, and performance nutrition.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping customers achieve their health goals.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in opening new retail locations or brand launches is highly advantageous.
