Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail operations or customer service.
- Proficiency with modern POS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling and reconciliation.
