In close partnership with the buying and marketing teams, you will be responsible for forecasting fashion trends, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring every collection is presented flawlessly according to brand guidelines. Your analytical mindset will dissect sales reports and KPIs to drive profitability, while your creative eye maintains the visual aesthetic expected of a luxury retailer.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure compliance with brand standards across multiple locations in Orchard.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of store managers and sales associates to exceed sales targets.
- Design and implement visual merchandising plans to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to forecast demand and optimize stock allocation.
- Manage operational budgets, P&L statements, and cost control initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store events and promotions to increase footfall.
- Champion customer service excellence, handling escalated feedback and refining SOPs.
- Report on key retail metrics and operational performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Retail Operations Manager or similar leadership role within the fashion / luxury goods sector.
- Strong track record in merchandising, inventory management, and sales analysis.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious KPIs.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail ERP systems.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the Singapore retail landscape.
