Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed to enhance store appeal and product visibility.
- Implement loss‑prevention and safety protocols to protect store assets and maintain a secure environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between store staff and corporate management.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to uphold brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in retail supervision or assistant store management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational goals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to coach and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities; comfortable interpreting sales reports and inventory data.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail best practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
