In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our organization, mall administrations, and third-party contractors. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of retail store projects, ensuring that our brand standards are maintained and that all site requirements are met within tight timelines. The ideal candidate excels in high-pressure environments, possesses sharp negotiation skills, and is adept at fostering collaborative relationships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end retail construction and renovation projects within various mall locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for mall administrators, handling permits, site inspections, and compliance checks.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-efficiency and quality output.
- Monitor site progress and ensure that all projects strictly adhere to timelines and safety regulations.
- Manage documentation and reporting regarding site status, budget utilization, and project milestones.
- Collaborate with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure store aesthetics align with brand guidelines.
- Resolve on-site operational bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues regarding landlord/tenant agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail project management, mall operations, or construction coordination.
- Strong background in the Telco industry or high-volume retail environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to various mall sites as required by project demands.
