Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective product presentation and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products, features, benefits, and current promotions across lifestyle, beauty, and home categories.
- Ensure the store environment is impeccably merchandised, clean, and inviting, reflecting brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within a retail environment (lifestyle, beauty, or home appliances a plus).
- A genuine passion for customer service and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and operate POS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Secondary education qualification or equivalent.
