Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective product presentation and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products, features, benefits, and current promotions across lifestyle, beauty, and home categories.
  • Ensure the store environment is impeccably merchandised, clean, and inviting, reflecting brand standards.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within a retail environment (lifestyle, beauty, or home appliances a plus).
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and operate POS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Secondary education qualification or equivalent.
