Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their specific wellness goals.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products in stock, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and manage daily cash reconciliation.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves and managing shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with current health and wellness trends to offer informed advice to customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in health, beauty, or supplement stores.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Basic knowledge of health supplements, nutrition, or holistic wellness products.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and flexible to work retail shifts including weekends.
