Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and display integrity.
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory counts, and product labeling.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Ensure the storefront remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS systems.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine desire to deliver service excellence.
