Responsibilities
- Provide personalized style consultations to clients, assisting them in selecting the perfect suit, shirt, and accessories.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of suit fabrics, cuts, and current men's fashion trends.
- Perform basic measurements and advise on alterations to ensure the perfect fit for every customer.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting and premium store atmosphere.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional after-sales service to build long-term loyalty.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and POS system management.
- Drive store performance by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury apparel.
- Strong understanding of menswear tailoring and garment construction.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- A keen eye for detail, color coordination, and personal styling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team.
