Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the TURBO by TOMAZ outlet with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and current promotions to drive sales.
- Achieve individual and store-wide monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are neat.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and warehouse organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures of the retail outlet.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A strong passion for retail, fashion, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in retail or sales is an added advantage but not mandatory as training is provided.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and stock counting.
