Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide detailed product knowledge on footwear styles, sizes, and materials to help customers make informed purchases.
- Process sales transactions accurately via the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organise merchandise displays, and restock shelves as needed.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns promptly and courteously.
- Assist in stock receiving, inventory counts, and ensuring stock accuracy on the sales floor.
- Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and brand campaigns to share with customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required – full training provided.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle stock movement.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions.
- Passion for fashion and footwear is highly desirable.
