Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and customization options to drive sales.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and signage to reflect brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Meet individual and team sales targets while managing customer follow‑ups and inquiries.
- Collaborate with design consultants to prepare custom quotes and proposals.
- Stay updated on furniture trends, product releases, and company promotions.
- Report inventory levels and any maintenance issues to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; candidates with a certificate in retail or hospitality are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing role (retail, hospitality, or sales) is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Basic numeric competency for handling cash and POS transactions.
