Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding products, offering expert advice on health and wellness solutions.
- Drive sales by actively promoting new arrivals and in-store promotions.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockrooms are organized, clean, and well-presented.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using the retail management system.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
