- Ensure store presentation standards are met through organized merchandising and cleanliness
- Actively participate in product knowledge training to stay updated on wellness innovations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with 1+ years retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Passion for health, wellness, and natural products
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Positive attitude with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends/public holidays
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
