Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Drive store performance by achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain high-level knowledge of current collections, product features, and brand history.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure the store environment remains inviting and premium.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining high operational standards.
- Build and nurture a client book, ensuring follow-ups and repeat visits.
- Support store inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktakes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, luxury fashion, or a high-end service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
