Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product selection.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing storefront that reflects brand standards.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory replenishment, stock counts, and merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and exchanges with professionalism and grace.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product features to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in fashion or apparel, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Energetic personality with a positive, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting for inventory management.
