Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing high-quality sales and service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Recommend and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, beauty, or optical sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet sales targets and earn commissions.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
