Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting health and wellness products that match their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate product information, including benefits, usage instructions, and promotional details.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and electronic payments.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product labels are visible.
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and support stock replenishment activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while upholding company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customerâcentric mindset.
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Ability to learn quickly about health and wellness products and convey information confidently.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.

- Filipino citizen or valid work authorization to work in the Philippines.
