Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultations to clients, offering insights into luxury furniture materials, design trends, and interior styling.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including brand heritage, craftsmanship, and unique selling propositions.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to ensure every client interaction exceeds expectations.
- Manage the showroom floor, ensuring all displays are impeccably maintained and reflect brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, interior designers, and architects to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and effective closing techniques.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end furniture, or premium home furnishing sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in a retail environment.
- Polished professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a luxury showroom setting.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with retail management/POS software.
- An eye for interior design and a genuine interest in luxury lifestyle products.
