What You'll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting, engaging, and building lasting relationships with visitors.
- Understand customers' health goals and provide tailored product recommendations from our extensive range of vitamins, supplements, and health foods.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating product features and benefits, achieving individual and store KPIs.
- Maintain a beautifully organized sales floor, ensuring products are fully stocked and displays are visually compelling.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously updating your product knowledge and understanding of health trends.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive, high-performance work culture.
Who You Are:
- A people person with excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, creating a friendly and inviting store atmosphere.
- Actively listen to customer needs to provide personalized product recommendations and health advice.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all LAC products to answer questions confidently and build trust.
- Ensure the store is impeccably organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash, cards, and e-wallets.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome.
- A genuine enthusiasm for health, wellness, and helping others.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales drive with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling stock.
- Multilingual ability (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) is highly advantageous.
