Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, helping them select the right tech products based on their needs.
- Explain complex features and benefits of gadgets and electronic devices clearly to potential buyers.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store display to attract shoppers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishment and audits.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest tech trends and product specifications to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college-level training is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in technology and consumer electronics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino/local dialect.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting tasks as needed.
- Proven ability to handle cash and payment terminals with high accuracy.
- Professional, approachable, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
