Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, professional manner, providing expert advice on Thule products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash or card payments.
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, but enthusiastic beginners are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Passion for outdoor activities, travel, or sports is a strong plus.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
