You will be the first point of contact for clients, offering them an exceptional shopping experience from the moment they step into the boutique. From understanding their preferences to recommending the finest gold pieces, your expert knowledge and personable approach will ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, you will assist with store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and payment processing.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and a genuine passion for luxury products. Previous experience in retail, especially in luxury, jewelry, or high-end fashion, is highly preferred. You will be fully trained on the unique characteristics of gold, allowing you to speak confidently with discerning customers.

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and cross-selling.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate the value and craftsmanship of gold jewelry.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales, exchanges, and refunds.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and in-store events to promote brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury products or jewelry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is a plus.
- Integrity and reliability in handling high-value merchandise.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
