Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable crystal products (jewelry, home decor, raw stones).
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of crystal meanings, healing properties, and care instructions to provide authentic guidance.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organizedârefresh displays and manage inventory.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments, accurately.
- Build and nurture a loyal customer base through follow-ups, WhatsApp interactions, and exclusive events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to collect customer feedback and share insights for product curation.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new arrivals and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or wellness segments.
- Genuine interest in crystals, gemstones, or holistic livingâor willingness to learn deeply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages like Mandarin or Malay are a plus).
- Professional, approachable demeanor with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office.
- Available to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in gemology or crystal healing is an advantage.
