Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to music enthusiasts
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for musical instruments and accessories
- Manage inventory and ensure proper display of products in mall locations
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice to customers
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to create an engaging shopping experience
- Participate in store events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Passion for music and musical instruments (music background is advantageous)
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or musical products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with target-driven performance
- Basic knowledge of musical instruments and equipment preferred
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
