As the Store Manager, you will act as the brand ambassador, translating Daily&Co.'s core values into everyday store experiences. You will collaborate with regional merchandising and marketing teams to execute promotional calendars, launch new product lines, and maintain consistent brand aesthetics. Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and execute promotional displays.
- Analyze sales reports, forecast demand, and implement action plans to meet targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, conducting performance appraisals.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships, resolve complaints, and drive loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
