We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Store Specialist to join Dj Buyers Block! We are currently expanding our team in Antipolo City, Rizal, and seeking a driven professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth store operations.
As a Retail Store Specialist, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, promoting our diverse range of products, and ensuring a seamless and pleasant shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing expert product knowledge and advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished and organized.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting shipments of new merchandise.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- At least a Senior High School graduate (College level is an advantage).
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Must be willing to work in Antipolo City, Rizal.
