Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Client Advisors to achieve individual and collective sales targets and KPIs.
  • Drive an exceptional and personalized client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury standards of Louis Vuitton.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of presentation, conduct, and product knowledge.
  • Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive clienteling efforts and effective after-sales service.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complex situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Contribute to effective resource planning and scheduling to optimize team performance and client service during peak periods.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth and service enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
