As the key person managing our reverse logistics, you will take full ownership of the daily return merchandise authorization process. You will be responsible for receiving, sorting, testing, and documenting all customer returns. Your keen eye will assess the condition of items to determine if they qualify for replacement, repair, refund, or are beyond repair. Detailed record-keeping is paramount as you will generate reports on return trends, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies. You will collaborate closely with our customer service team to ensure timely updates to customers regarding their return status, and with our warehouse team to ensure restocking or disposal is handled efficiently. By identifying patterns in product defects, you will also provide valuable feedback to help improve the quality of our future product batches.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process returned items (RMA) in accordance with company policies and procedures on a daily basis.
- Accurately document and categorize the condition of returned products into the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to update customers on the status of their returns and replacements.
- Identify and segregate products eligible for refurbishment, repair, restocking, or disposal.
- Generate detailed daily and weekly reports on RMA volume, turnaround times, and common defect trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized RMA work area to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide insights on product quality issues based on returned item analysis.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of items to be sent back to vendors or suppliers for warranty claims.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate (College degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an RMA, warehouse, inventory, or quality control role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and product inspection.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes (up to 20-25 kgs).
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City and amenable to shifting schedules or extended hours if necessary.
